Playing With My Friend Cooper

On the weekend I went with my friend Cooper and his nephews to the Panmure Basin.  At the Basin we played in the park.  We played tag, and hide and seek.  Cooper's nephews are twins.  They are boys and their names Mika and Carda.  They are eight and half years old so they are a little bit old than I am.

While we were at the Panmure Basin it started to rain harder and harder so we all ran to the car very fast. Then we went to McDonald's and we played on the park.  Next we went to drop the twins back home and we had a little bit of fun playing at their house.  After that we left to go to Countdown and we bought lots and lots and lots of stuff.  Then Cooper and his Mum dropped me back home.  I had a very good day because I went to McDonald's and the park with my friend Cooper.

My Savings

In Room 1 we have been learning that it is important to save our money, then we can use our saved money to buy something that we really want or that we need.  I am going to use my savings to buy myself a Tongan flag.  It might be a big Tongan flag or it might be a small Tongan flag.  I will stick a big Tongan flag on my roof and a smaller Tongan flag on my door.  Sometimes I stick Tongan flags on my windows.  I will save my money by putting it in my twilight money jar.  I now know that it is helpful to be able to save for things that we want and things that we need!

The Holidays

During the holidays I went to my uncle's house and I slept over with my brothers. When I woke up in the morning we had breakfast. 

Then my uncle cut my hair and I like it very much.  He is good at cutting my hair.  Next I played on my uncle's playstation.  I played Grandyphotos with Sala.  Grandyphotos is GTA5.  

Later I went back home with my brothers and we watched Shark Boy and Lava Girl.  Shark Boy and Lava Girl is a movie.  When Shark Boy was a kid he fed the sharks.  After that he lost his dad but some of the sharks remembered him. They took him to the shark place and they looked after him. Later Max took Shark Boy to his house.  Lava Girl gave him a smile and then they went away together.  I loved the movie because it was funny.

Lent

During Lent I am going to be kind to other people.  If someone falls down then I will help him to get up.  If a person does not have a friend then I will go and play with him.  This is what Jesus taught us to do.

Shopping With Whanau

In the holidays I went to Pack and Save with my family.  We bought some milk, bread, lollies and drinks.  Then we went back home.

Steps

1    Put some soil in the container.

2    Make a hole 

3    Put in the seed

4    Cover it with soil

5     Sprinkle it with water

6     Leave it to grow in the sun

Mother's Day

On mother's day I mum a card and some flowers. My mum said thank you. She was happy. I made mum a cup of tea and she said it was yum. 

Mum had a lovely day.
